What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We provide recurring house cleaning, office/business cleaning, NDIS house cleaning (self-managed or plan-managed), and DVA professional house cleaning for veterans. All services are subscription-based—no one-time cleans.
Where do you operate?
We service residential homes and commercial offices across Perth (South of the river only, including Beeliar, Leeming, Canning Vale, Byford, Baldivis and surrounding areas. Please note, we only clean within the metro area which excludes Mandurah at this time.
Do you clean North of the River? Meaning North of Perth?
Unfortunately, we do not currently clean north of the river at all

How soon can I start after enquiring?

Most clients are fully set up within 2-3 business days after you accept our services, depending on your preferred schedule and location availability. However, due to high demand, you will typically receive your first clean within 1-2 weeks from the time you accept our services.

Payments & Contracts

Do I need to provide a credit card?
Yes, for residential cleaning. Commercial, NDIS, and DVA clients are exempt.
Do you offer one-time cleans?
No, we only offer recurring cleaning on a subscription basis (weekly, fortnightly, or every four weeks).
Can I cancel my service anytime?
Absolutely—there are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
How is pricing determined?
Residential and commercial clients pay a fixed price per clean which we will give you in an email tailored to the job. NDIS clients are charged $56.23/hr (GST free) plus travel; DVA clients are charged $76.55/hr (incl. GST), no travel fee.
I'm an NDIS client, but I can't afford your service, will I ever be out of pocket myself?
Absolutely not! You will never be out of pocket for your cleaning service with us. If you’re unsure on budgeting, to ensure your NDIS funds never run out, we’d recommend hiring a plan manager to manage your NDIS plan. There are a number of different options in Perth to choose from.
I'm a DVA client, do I need to pay the invoices myself, and then recoup the funds back from DVA?
No, You will never pay an invoice, we charge DVA directly on your behalf through the DVA Portal. You just get to receive a clean house for free!

Service & Quality

Who will be cleaning my home or office?
All our cleaners are fully employed, insured, uniformed, and trained by us. We never use contractors, ensuring consistent quality. (You cannot provide contractors with in-house training and have no control over what they do, or how they do it – ensuring inconsistent results between people)
What cleaning products and equipment do you use?
We supply all our own professional-grade chemicals and equipment for every job.
Can I choose my preferred cleaning day and time?
Yes, we offer flexible scheduling to suit your needs. Residential clients need to be between 8am and 4pm weekdays. Most day cleaners only clean houses and work only between school hours. Offices are typically after 6pm after business hours by our night crew.
Do NDIS and DVA clients receive the same quality service as your other clients?
All of our clients receive the same service, as the cleaners complete the same tasks and follow the same systems and routines regardless of the client. This ensures cleaners aren’t confused with what they are and are not doing, and also the client receives a very consistently high-quality result – clean after clean.
